1 – ربط سيناء بباقي الجمهورية

في مجال الربط بين سيناء والدلتا وباقي الجمهورية، وتعظيم الاستفادة من محور قناة السويس، كان المشروع العملاق الأول، وهو ازدواج قناة السويس، وأن كل نموذج من محاور العمل في هذه المشروعات كان يسجل رقما قياسيا في حجمه وسرعة تنفيذه في أقل فترة زمنية ممكنة، فمشروع قناة السويس الجديدة، لم يستغرق الشروع في تنفيذها وتدشينها سوى عام واحد فقط.

إنشاء الكباري

تم إنشاء 17 كوبرى من الخرسانة المسلحة المحمولة على خوازيق سابقة الصب وذلك لتقاطع ترعة السلام مع بعض الطرق ولسهولة ربط القرى والوصول إلى بحيرة المنزلة.

2 - المزارع السمكية الأكبر في شرق التفريعة

وفى مجال تنمية الثروة السمكية، فهناك المشروع الخاص بشرق التفريعة وتطوير هذه المنطقة بالكامل، فهذا المشروع مع اكتمال مراحله سيكون أيضاً واحداً من أكبر المشروعات على مستوى العالم في الانتاجية، كما تقوم الدولة بتطوير كافة بحيرات مصر، ومنها بحيرة البردويل وتعد واحدة من أهم البحيرات التي تحظى بالاهتمام من جانب الحكومة، حيث تم تطهير البحيرة بالكامل وإزالة المخلفات التي كانت غارقة في قاعها، وكذا تطوير مجمعات الصيادين لتكون بيئة أنسب للعيش من خلال تنفيذ قرى الصيادين، وتم العمل على تنفيذ عدد من المشروعات المكملة مثل مصانع الثلج، وصالات الفرز والتصدير للمنتجات الزراعية التي ستكون من مخرجات هذه المجمعات.

3 - مشروعات شبكة الطرق والأنفاق بسيناء

تم افتتاح ازدواج نفق الشهيد أحمد حمدي فى 21 سبتمبر 2021، وبذلك تم الإنتهاء من إنشاء 5 أنفاق وليس أربعة في غضون 6 سنوات فقط أو أقل من ذلك.، كما نفذت كل من هيئة قناة السويس والهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة منظومة متكاملة من الكباري العائمة ، ويكتمل معها الربط السككي، من خلال إعادة إحياء وتطوير خط السكة الحديد الذي يربط سيناء بباقي الجمهورية، عبر تطوير كوبري الفردان وازدواجه على قناة السويس الجديدة، بالإضافة الى مشروعات الطرق والمحاور التي نفذتها الدولة على أعلى مستوى عالمي من المواصفات والجودة والكفاءة، ولذا تم ضخ استثمارات هائلة لتنفيذ هذه المحاور بأعلى مستوى مثل محور 30 يونيو الذي تم تنفيذه غرب قناة السويس، ومحور جنيفة ، وتهدف جميعها إلى ربط سيناء بباقي أنحاء الجمهورية.

4 - مشروعات قطاع الموانئ والمطارات

وفيما يتعلق بالمشروعات المنفذة في قطاع الموانئ والمطارات، فقد اهتمت الدولة المصرية بإنشاء وتطوير عدد من الموانئ والمطارات، منها إنشاء مطار البردويل الدولي، والذي تم افتتاحه لخدمة المشروعات التنموية التي يتم إقامتها في شمال ووسط سيناء، إلى جانب تطوير المطارات القائمة بالفعل، وتم البدء مؤخراً في تطوير مطار سانت كاترين أيضًا، ومن المقرر أن يتم تشغيله العام المقبل في شكله الجديد بعد اكتمال أعمال التطوير ورفع الكفاءة, كما تم تطوير العديد من الموانئ التي تسهم في خدمة إقليم قناة السويس، وكذا تنمية سيناء، ومنها مشروع تطوير ميناء العين السخنة، الذي تم الانتهاء من مرحلتين فقط من مراحل تطويره، وسيتم الانتهاء من كافة مراحل تطوير هذا الميناء العملاق خلال عامين، وذلك بتكلفة تصل إلى أكثر من 20 مليار جنيه، كما شملت مشروعات تطوير الموانئ أيضاً تطوير ميناء نويبع البحري، إلى جانب مختلف الموانئ البرية والبحرية الموجودة في سيناء، وفي شرق وغرب قناة السويس، والتي من بينها ميناء بدر الجاف بالأدبية، وميناء شرق بورسعيد، الذي تتجاوز تكلفته 40 مليار جنيه، فضلاً عن ميناء طابا البري.

5 - مشروعات تطوير البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية

وحول مشروعات تطوير البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية، فهناك المشروعات الخاصة بمحطات تحلية مياه البحر على مستوى سيناء، والتي تُعد مشروعات عملاقة جار تنفيذها ومن المقرر الانتهاء منها خلال العام المقبل، حيث يصل إنتاجها إلى ثلث طاقة المياه المنتجة من تحلية مياه البحر على مستوى الجمهورية، مستعرضاً عدداً من نماذج محطات تحلية مياه البحر، ومنها محطة التحلية بمدينة العريش، والتي تصل طاقتها الإنتاجية إلى 300 ألف م3/يوم، بالإضافة الى المشروعات، التي تم تنفيذها للحماية من السيول والحفاظ على مياه الأمطار، التي كانت تهدر في مختلف أودية سيناء، حيث تم تنفيذ منظومة متكاملة من السدود التي تسهم وبشكل كبير في تعظيم الاستفادة من كميات مياه الأمطار والسيول، وإعادة استغلالها في أغراض الشرب أو الزراعة أو أعمال التنمية المختلفة.

6 - ملف التعليم قبل الجامعي

وفيما يتعلق بملف التعليم قبل الجامعي، توسعت الدولة في إقامة العديد من المدارس والمعاهد خلال الفترة من منتصف عام 2014 حتى الآن، حيث وصلنا بمتوسط كثافة الفصول الدراسية في سيناء إلى عدد من الطلاب لا يتجاوز الـ 29 طالبا في الفصل الواحد، كما اهتمت الدولة بإنشاء عدد كبير من الجامعات والكليات في شبه جزيرة سيناء، ومنها جامعة الملك سلمان بفروعها القائمة في رأس سدر، والطور، وشرم الشيخ، والتي بدأت العمل بالفعل لتقديم خدمات تعليمية جامعية متميزة لكل أبنائنا المصريين.

7 - منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل في بورسعيد

حيث تم العمل على إنشاء ورفع كفاءة وتطوير مختلف المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية على مستوى شبه جزيرة سيناء، بما يسهم في تقديم خدمات صحية متميزة للمواطنين، كما تم تنفيذ عدداً من المستشفيات ؛ سواء في بئر العبد، أو نِخل، أو طابا، أو أعمال التطوير التي شهدتها مباني العيادات الخارجية والعناية المركزة بمستشفى العريش، إلى جانب رفع كفاءة مستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي، وكذا ما تم من أعمال بمستشفى سانت كاترين.

كما شملت كذلك أعمال الإنشاء والتطوير ورفع كفاءة المنشآت الصحية كلا من مستشفييْ الشيخ زويد ورأس سدر، وذلك لخدمة المواطنين داخل شبه جزيرة سيناء، أو إقليم قناة السويس، ويُعد مركز القوات المسلحة لعلاج الأورام بمحافظة السويس مركزاً إقليمياً لخدمة قاطني محافظات القناة والمناطق المجاورة. وتعمل الدولة على تقديم خدمة صحية متميزة لأهالى سيناء ومدن القناة، ذلك من خلال التوسع فى إنشاء وتطوير المنشآت الصحية، حيث تم إنشاء 8 مستشفيات و57 مركزاً ووحدة صحية، فضلاً عن تطوير 18مستشفى و71 مركزاً ووحدة صحية، فيما تم إنشاء مجمع السويس الطبى أضخم مجمع بشمال مصر بطاقة استيعابية 427 سريراً، وكذلك إنشاء مخزن استراتيجى للأدوية فى الريسة بالعريش

8 - مجال الطاقة والكهرباء

وفيما يتعلق بمجال الطاقة والكهرباء، نفذت الدولة ولا تزال تنفذ مشروعات كهرباء لمحور قناة السويس وسيناء باستثمارات تتجاوز 76 مليار جنيه، فــ لا توجد تنمية بدون طاقة، ولذا فقد ركزت الدولة على هذا القطاع المهم؛ سواء من خلال تنفيذ منظومة محطات الكهرباء بالنظم التقليدية، أو من خلال استخدام الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة.

9- جذب الاستثمار الصناعي

هناك عددا كبيرا من المشروعات التي سيؤدي تنفيذها لتوفير فرص عمل عديدة، وتحقق إضافة نوعية للاقتصاد المصري، والتي من ضمنها المنطقة الصناعية الواقعة حول ميناء السخنة والتي ستتوفر بها مناطق لوجيستية وخدمية، والمنطقة الصناعية بشرق بورسعيد على مساحة 63 مليون متر مربع، ويتم حالياً الانتهاء من المرحلة الأولى منها؛ حيث بدأ العديد من المصانع المتواجد فيها بالعمل والإنتاج؛ سواء بغرض خدمة السوق المحلي أو التصدير، كما بدأت شركات عملاقة العمل بهذه المنطقةوهناك حجما هائلا من المشروعات والمجمعات الصناعية التي تولتها الدولة من خلال الهيئة الهندسية لتنفيذ مدن كاملة ومجمعات؛ بهدف استغلال الثروات الطبيعية في منطقة محور قناة السويس وسيناء، والتي من بينها مدينة كنوز للرخام والجرانيت بمدينة الجلالة، ومصنع إنتاج الطوب الأسمنتي بجبل لبنى بشمال سيناء، والمرحلة الثانية من مصنع أسمنت العريش، ومصنع إنتاج الرخام والجرانيت برأس سدر، بالإضافة إلى المجمع الصناعي بمنطقة “الجفجافة” بوسط سيناء، ومجمع الصناعات الصغيرة بجنوب الرسوة بمحافظة بورسعيد، موضحاً أن كل هذه المشروعات تعد نماذج فقط لمشروعات قامت الدولة بتنفيذها بمئات الملايين والمليارات من الجنيهات وبدأ تشغيلها بالفعل.

9 - مجال التنمية السياحية والترفيهية

وحول مجال التنمية السياحية والترفيهية، للسياحة الداخلية أو الوافدة من الخارج، يتم تنفيذ مجموعة كبيرة من المشروعات، منها تطوير متحف شرم الشيخ، الذي نفذته الدولة المصرية بتكاليف أكثر من 800 مليون جنيه، وتم افتتاحه فى 31 أكتوبر 2020 ، إلى جانب المشروعات الخاصة بقصور الثقافة في شمال وجنوب سيناء، والمدن الشبابية التي نفذتها الدولة المصرية في كل مكان على أرض سيناء، ونادي الفيروز في مدينة الاسماعيلية الجديدة، والصالة الرياضية المغطاة بالعريش، معتبراً أنها نماذج لمشروعات ضخمة تم تنفيذها في مختلف مناطق شبه جزيرة سيناء.

10 - تنمية المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة

الذي يستهدف استيعاب السكان والزيادة المستقبلية لأهالي سيناء والقادمين للعمل بها، تم البدء خلال الفترة بين عامي 2014 و 2017 في تنفيذ مشروعات في كل المدن القائمة، من خلال إضافة وحدات للإسكان الاجتماعي تستوعب الزيادة السكانية لأهالينا من سكان هذه المدن والمناطق، وتم إنشاء أكثر من 9 آلاف وحدة إسكان اجتماعي، في المدن القائمة من بينها طابا، أو شرم الشيخ، والعريش، ونويبع، فكل هذه المدن قامت الدولة بإنشاء وحدات اسكان اجتماعي بها.

ومن بين المشروعات الناجحة أيضاً في هذا المجال

التجمعات التنموية لأهالينا من بدو سيناء التي انتشرت في شمال ووسط سيناء، وكان هدفها توفير أماكن تجمعات متكاملة لأهالي سيناء، يستطيعون الاستقرار بها، وتزويدها بالخدمات المتكاملة لأهالينا لإنشاء تجمعات تنموية يكون فيها زراعة، وصناعات حرفية، وبعض الصناعات القائمة على الانتاج الزراعي، وعرض نماذج لتلك التجمعات البدوية.

مشروعات المدن الجديدة

فيما يتعلق بمشروعات المدن الجديدة التي تنفذها الدولة المصرية في هذا التوقيت على أرض سيناء، ومنها مدينة الاسماعيلية الجديدة، التي تضم 52 ألف وحدة سكنية، مزودة بكل الخدمات، كامتداد طبيعي لوسط سيناء ومحافظة الإسماعيلية، ومدينة الجلالة بمنطقة غرب قناة السويس مباشرة، والتي تعد مشروعا عملاقا يخدم عملية تنمية هذا المحور اللوجستي المهم، تم تنفيذ محور الجلالة الذي يربط هذه المنطقة بالكامل، وجامعات منها جامعة الجلالة، والعديد من المنتجعات السياحية، والخدمية، ومحطات التحلية.

وجارى تنفيذ مدينة سلام شرق بورسعيد بمعدلات كبيرة، حيث تم البدء في تنفيذ الكثير من الخدمات بها، منها التجمعات السكنية، والمحولات الكهربائية والخدمات، كما بدأت الهيئة الهندسية بانشاء جامعة تكنولوجية وأخرى أهلية بالمدينة، ، وتم الانتهاء من الأعمال الخرسانية للجامعة التكنولوجية، بالإضافة الى مدينة رفح الجديدة وحجم التنمية التي تحدث بها.

11 - مشروع تطوير مدينة سانت كاترين

مع قدسيتها الشديدة في نفوس كل البشر، حيث بدأت بالفعل عملية تنفيذ هذا المشروع الحضاري المهم ، بما يشمل تطوير الموقع القديم، وإيجاد امتداد سياحي وبيئي جديد لهذه المنطقة لتعظيم الاستفادة منها، وهناك بعض المشروعات يتم تنفيذها في هذه المنطقة وعلى رأسها الفندق الجبلي الذي يتم تنفيذه لاستضافة الزوار والنزلاء، وساحة السلام الرئيسية التي يتم تنفيذها حالياً، والحي السكني في الزيتونة، ويضم 550 وحدة سكنية، جار إنشاؤها، ويتم التنفيذ بتصميم يراعي النسق الحضاري والثقافي للمدينة التراثية، وسيتم الإنتهاء بالكامل من هذه المشروعات خلال العام المقبل، بما يشمل تطوير مدينة سانت كاترين والمطار

12 - إنشاء المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس

بنطاق سيناء ومدن القناة، والتى تضم 4 مناطق صناعية و6 موانئ بحرية، وذلك بنحو 18 مليار دولار استثمارات فى البنية التحتية داخل المنطقة، ساهمت فى توفير 80 ألف فرصة عمل مباشرة وغير مباشرة.

3 - The road and tunnel network projects in Sinai

The duplication of the Martyr Ahmed Hamdy Tunnel was opened on September 21, 2021, and thus the construction of 5 tunnels, not four, was completed within just 6 years or less. 5 - The infrastructure development projects and basic services

Regarding infrastructure development projects and basic services, there are projects for seawater desalination plants at the Sinai level, which are considered giant projects that are being implemented and scheduled to be completed during the next year, as their production reaches a third of the water energy produced from seawater desalination at the republic level, He reviewed a number of models of seawater desalination plants, including the desalination plant in the city of Arish, whose production capacity reaches 300 thousand m3/day, in addition to the projects that were implemented to protect against floods and preserve rainwater, which was wasted in various valleys of Sinai, an integrated system of dams has been implemented that contribute significantly to maximizing the use of rainwater and floodwater, and re-exploiting it for drinking purposes, agriculture, or various development works.

6 - Pre-university education file

With regard to the file of pre-university education, the state expanded the establishment of many schools and institutes during the period from mid-2014 until now, where we reached the average density of classrooms in Sinai to a number of students not exceeding 29 students per class, the state also took an interest in establishing a large number of universities and colleges in the Sinai Peninsula, including King Salman University, with its existing branches in Ras Sidr, Al-Tur, and Sharm El-Sheikh, which has already begun work to provide distinguished university educational services to all our Egyptian children.

7 - The comprehensive health insurance system in Port Said

Where work was done to establish, raise the efficiency and develop various hospitals and health centers at the level of the Sinai Peninsula, in a way that contributes to providing distinguished health services to citizens. 9 - The field of tourism and entertainment development

Regarding the field of tourism and entertainment development, for domestic or foreign tourism, a large group of projects are being implemented, including the development of the Sharm El-Sheikh Museum, which was implemented by the Egyptian state at a cost of more than 800 million pounds, and was opened on October 31, 2020, in addition to the projects for cultural palaces in North and South Sinai, the youth cities implemented by the Egyptian state everywhere in Sinai, the Fayrouz Club in the new city of Ismailia, and the sports hall covered by Al-Arish, considering that they are examples of huge projects that were implemented in various regions of the Sinai Peninsula.

10 - Development of new urban communities

Which aims to accommodate the population and the future increase of the people of Sinai and those coming to work there. During the period between 2014 and 2017, the implementation of projects began in all existing cities, by adding social housing units to accommodate the population increase of our people who reside in these cities and regions, more than 9,000 social housing units were created in existing cities, including Taba, Sharm El-Sheikh, Al-Arish, and Nuweiba. The development gatherings for our Sinai Bedouin people that spread in northern and central Sinai, and their goal was to provide integrated gathering places for the people of Sinai, where they could settle, providing it with integrated services for our people to create development clusters that include agriculture, craft industries, and some industries based on agricultural production, and displaying models for these Bedouin clusters, new city projects with regard to the new city projects that the Egyptian state is implementing at this time in Sinai, including the new city of Ismailia, which includes 52 thousand housing units, It is equipped with all services, as a natural extension of central Sinai, Ismailia Governorate, and the city of Galala in the area directly west of the Suez Canal, which is a giant project that serves the process of developing this important logistical axis. The Galala Axis has been implemented, which connects this entire region, and universities, including Galala University, and many tourist resorts. , services, and desalination plants, the implementation of Salam City, east of Port Said, is underway at great rates, as many services have begun to be implemented there, including residential complexes, electrical transformers and services. The Engineering Authority has also begun establishing a technological university and a private university in the city, the concrete works for the University of Technology were completed, in addition to the new city of Rafah and the amount of development taking place in it.

11 - St. Catherine City Development Project

With its extreme sanctity in the souls of all people, the process of implementing this important civilizational project has already begun, including the development of the ancient site, and creating a new tourist and environmental extension for this area to maximize its benefit. there are some projects being implemented in this area, most notably the mountain hotel that is being implemented to host visitors and guests, the main Peace Square that is currently being implemented, and the residential neighborhood in Al-Zaytouna, which includes 550 a residential unit, which is being constructed, and is being implemented with a design that takes into account the civilizational and cultural aspect of the heritage city. These projects will be fully completed during the next year, including the development of the city of St. Catherine and the airport.

12 - Establishment of the Suez Canal Economic Zone

Within the Sinai and Canal cities, which includes 4 industrial zones and 6 sea ports, with approximately $18 billion in infrastructure investments within the region, it contributed to providing 80,000 direct and indirect job opportunities.
